French student short film, Ukrainian director The shooting will take place in Bucharest, Romania. Synopsis: The film follows the story of Azor, a dog that is left behind in an apartment in Ukraine by a family of four, who have to evacuate. As the danger of war grows closer to the building, two burglars break in the apartment and manage to free the dog to a... grievous end. ➡️ To be taken into consideration: We will film with a trained dog, the actors involved should be comfortable with this aspect. We will prioritise the lookalike aspect more than proficiency of the Russian language.
1 ore multiple days of shooting, between April 3rd and 10th.
📣 WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Russian-speaking males (Professional Actors & Amateurs), around the age of 50 or above. Look: Ideally, long beards with features resembling the reference photos below. (Friedrich Engels and Karl Marx) For the Engels lookalike, Russian language is not mandatory as long as the actor might learn a few lines rehearsed previously.
